Responsibilities

1. Establish and manage operational systems for cost, quality, efficiency and continuous delivery across the AI agent development platform, harness and domain-specific agents.
2. Lead architecture evolution and systems engineering, putting observability, operability and reliability practices into production.
3. Improve service governance for real business needs, including critical-path performance analysis and tuning, complex incident troubleshooting and highly available architecture upgrades.
4. Lead the design and implementation of automated operations platforms for large clusters, covering their full lifecycle.

Requirements

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above in computer science, AI, data science, mathematics and statistics, finance or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in SRE, infrastructure or a related field. Backend development experience is preferred.
3. Strong expertise in Linux, networking and storage, with troubleshooting skills spanning application code and infrastructure.
4. Proficiency in at least one language such as Go, Python, Java or Shell, with sound software engineering practices.

Essential Skills

1. Experience working with at least two of Alibaba Cloud, Volcengine and AWS in a multi-cloud environment.
2. Experience managing cloud resource costs for consumer products with hundreds of thousands to one million monthly active users.
3. Experience independently resolving production incidents while on call, including mitigation, severity assessment, post-incident review and improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Identify new suppliers, review their qualifications, conduct site visits and lead supplier onboarding assessments.
2. Develop and improve supplier onboarding criteria and assessment processes to support business growth.
3. Maintain product BOM cost records, manage supplier quotations and annual negotiations, and meet hardware gross margin targets.
4. Develop and refine supplier performance assessments, conduct regular reviews and provide reports and improvement recommendations.
5. Establish supplier tiers and categories, manage them dynamically, and phase out suppliers with persistent underperformance or significant risks.
6. Track delivery and quality issues, coordinate major exceptions and complaints, and maintain supplier records and databases.
7. Identify key supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies, delivery fluctuations, geopolitics and tariffs, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Qualifications

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above; supply chain management or a related major is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of supplier management experience in consumer electronics, with knowledge of the full supplier lifecycle.
3. Ability to assess, audit and evaluate suppliers and independently lead the full supplier lifecycle.
4. Strong communication, coordination and cross-functional execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Resilience under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to prototype validation and feature delivery, followed by ongoing iteration.
2. Conduct user, competitor and market research to understand user behavior and core use cases, and refine product direction and experience.
3. Work closely with engineering and operations to clarify product logic, key workflows and priorities, and deliver critical solutions.
4. Use AI tools to rapidly build prototypes or demos for product validation and experimentation.
5. Depending on experience and capabilities, explore core product directions, design complex modules, define product architecture and make key prioritization decisions.

Requirements

1. A full-time bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, with at least 2 years of practical experience in product design, product delivery or AI applications.
2. Sound product judgment, user needs analysis and problem decomposition skills, with the ability to turn complex or ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
3. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor, with the ability to independently build interactive prototypes or working demos for validation.
4. An active interest in AI products and large language model applications, with an understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations.
5. Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills, with the initiative to deliver and continuously improve solutions.

About the Role

We are building a platform that connects AI app developers with international users, helping people discover suitable AI apps and creators earn revenue. As an early operations team member, you will work with product leaders, engineering and overseas teams to shape user scenarios, business workflows and operating rules during development. You will use small-scale testing to improve the product and explore community launches and user growth.

Responsibilities

1. Interview target users and developers to understand user profiles, real needs and typical use cases, providing operational input for the first product release.
2. Help design workflows for the needs community and app marketplace, including onboarding, publishing, demand matching, app integration, feedback, exception handling and human support.
3. Turn operational needs for admin tools, data recording and management into specific requirements, prioritize them with product and engineering, and follow through on validation.
4. Recruit seed users and developers, prepare usable apps for core scenarios, and coordinate small beta tests with overseas teams to gather real feedback.
5. Analyze task completion, friction points and repeat use, drive fixes and retesting, and improve user experience and operational workflows.
6. Document onboarding, support, testing and review practices, and test content, campaigns and channels according to product maturity.

Requirements

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in internet product, user or community operations.
2. Experience taking a product from zero to one, launching it or running beta tests, with clear examples of your contribution, deliverables and validation results.
3. A product mindset, the ability to translate user problems into workflows, operating rules and product requirements, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
4. Ability to interview users, organize tests, analyze basic operational data, prioritize issues and propose improvements.
5. Regular use of AI products, an interest in AI agents and the application ecosystem, and an understanding of product value and limitations.
6. Professional working English, strong communication and execution skills, and willingness to recruit users, organize tests, provide support and follow up in an exploratory startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience operating AI applications, tools, SaaS, developer communities or two-sided platforms; user research, admin tools or seed testing; international communities and familiarity with Reddit, Discord, X and Product Hunt; or demonstrable AI app or agent projects.
